    The process…

    Six simple steps to seamless guest experience. Why wouldn’t you want this?

    1. Pre-Arrival Registration

    An email to your guest will give them the option to pre-register their details and a unique QR code to use on arrival. A payment link will provide the option to pre-pay too, reducing the time they’ll spend checking in.

    2. Check-in

    Your guests no longer have to endure lengthy reception queues, as they will check in on their phone, or at the kiosk. Following check-in a map of your hotel and directions to their room will be sent to their mobile device.

    3. Upsell Opportunity

    During busy periods your front desk staff have little time to focus on upselling luxuries such as upgrades, restaurant reservations, and other extras. If the inventory is available in Hop, the kiosk will present all options available to your guests.

    4. Payment

    Guests will be required to pay for their room or outstanding balance at check-in, and card details can be stored to allow additional items to be charged to their room. HopPay provides fast, seamless payments for your guests and great rates for your business!

    5. Key Delivery

    Once payment is confirmed a key will be provided to your guests. Whether your property uses RFID, or BLE keys delivered straight to their mobile device, they will be off to their room in no time! Our stand-alone terminals hold up to 300 RFID key cards, making less work for your team.

    6. Check-out

    Checkout can be completed on the FutureSens app, or at the reception terminal/kiosk, preventing any unnecessary delays to your guest, before their onward journey. An itemised bill and their receipt can be displayed onscreen, and/or emailed to them, for their convenience.
