Hop Client Spotlight: Lastra Farm Hotel

This month, we are shining the spotlight on HopPMS client, Lastra Farm Hotel, located on the beautiful island of Angelsey in North Wales.

Originally a 17th-century Welsh farmhouse, Lastra Farm Hotel, offers warm furnishings and traditional island touches. The hotel has worked hard to retain many contemporary features and artefacts while offering the modern facilities you would expect from a four-star hotel.

Lastra Farm Hotel initially heard about Hop on social media when searching for a PMS platform that would save them time by doing everything under one umbrella. Their priority objectives included easy access to an online booking engine, finance management and till integration all in one place.

The hoteliers decided to switch from their previous provider to Hop as the system offered so much more from finance tracking to till configuration and resolving problems around linking till systems, controlling OTAs and creating promotions.
