SALES EXECUTIVE

Field Based - £32-40K with further 10K OTE via commission

An excellent, exciting opportunity for a field sales executive to join our team in a dynamic forward-thinking organisation within the hotel property management software sector.

We are a rapidly expanding company and due to our extensive growth, we are increasing our sales team throughout the UK and Ireland. Applications are welcome from any location for consideration.

Reporting to Head of Sales, as a Field Sales Executive you be covering your region but be based from home and you can demonstrate our online solution using technology, such as Skype etc to maximise your time effectively thus giving you access to a wider territory.

Location:

  • Your immediate and surrounding area

The Role:

  • Actively developing new business opportunities and maintaining relationships with existing customers selling hotel property management software.

  • You will be responsible for generating a strong pipeline through cold calling and networking along with fulfilling company made appointments.

  • You will need to be prepared to build a strong client base, as well as demonstrating an excellent sense of professionalism. A hunger to succeed in selling property management software into large hotel chains, Independent hotels, managed apartments and any hospitality sector that would benefit from a PMS system.

The Candidate:

  • You will have experience selling PMS software into the hotel and Hospitality Sector. Candidates that have worked in a hotel environment and have a strong sales CV will also be considered.

  • You must have an excellent telephone manner with a clear drive for success.

  • You must have a proven track record of consistently exceeding sales targets.

  • You will ideally be comfortable with reporting activity on a CRM system, but full training will be delivered.


Software Training Content Ninja

We are currently seeking a person who can take our training material and content to the next level. We want to have the best in the market and to wow our customers.

The ideal candidate will be highly motivated and skilled in the area of training in a fast-paced and busy environment. They will have previous experience of working with cloud based solutions and web applications. The ability to create training material that can be used through virtual training sessions, physical training sessions as well as used online is crucial.

Excellent time management and multi-tasking skills are a must, as is a natural aptitude for troubleshooting and problem solving.

You should also be able to assess our current training approach and give some recommendations.

Previous experience in the hospitality industry is very advantageous.

Experience required:

  • training material creation: 2 years (Preferred)


Business Analyst/Project Manager, Full-time

Location: Chester/North West England

We are currently seeking an ambitious and experienced hospitality professional who has worked on multiple PMS and Hotel software products.

The ideal candidate will be a highly motivated individual, who is keen to progress in a fast-paced and busy environment.

You will take responsibility for:

1) Specifying requirements

2) Gathering information needed to support developers and specification

3) Supporting the feature development pipeline

4) Planning sprints and managing releases

5) Own the overall product specification

6) Defining Use Cases

7) Performing UAT

You will have experience of providing clear and well formulated specifications, attention to detail. An excellent telephone manner and the ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical customers and colleagues.

Excellent time management and multi-tasking skills are a must, as is a natural aptitude for troubleshooting and problem solving.

Onboarding and Training Analyst, Full-time

Location: Chester/North West England

HOP Software is an exciting new Hotel Operation Platform bringing new age IT solutions to the hospitality market.

We are currently seeking a number of ambitious and experienced hospitality professionals who have worked on multiple PMS and Hotel software products.

The ideal candidates will be highly motivated and are keen to progress in a fast-paced and busy environment. They will have previous experience of on-boarding new customers onto software solutions ideally within hospitality and specifically property management systems.

You will have experience of providing outstanding customer service, with an excellent telephone manner and the ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical customers, clients and colleagues.

Excellent time management and multi-tasking skills are a must, as is a natural aptitude for troubleshooting and problem solving.

The role is to to be an on-boarding and training analyst with an emphasis on providing excellent customer service.

Your role will be to take the customer through an amazing journey after the sale has been made through the on-boarding process and take them live on the new software platform. The role will include getting involved in basic problem solving and collaboration with the support teams.

Other day to day tasks may include:

  • Extending the online knowledge base of the product

  • Regression Testing

  • Customer On-boarding

  • Customer Training

  • Customer Demonstrations
