Hello and welcome to our first monthly update from HOP. I am delighted to say we are officially one year old this month, whoop whoop break open that bottle I hear you say.
It only seems like yesterday we gathered in Edinburgh, to tell the world that HOP had arrived and that we are bringing a product that will not only disrupt the market, it will also look to its customers to help create something special, so everyone will feel part of something new and exciting. At HOP every customer will benefit from our new developments, product releases and enjoy a system that will continually be improving throughout its life journey.
If a week is a long time in politics, a year could be forever in the hospitality/software industry, The world of hospitality is changing and everyone at HOP, is working to deliver a world class product for our industry. Over the last twelve months, HOP has continually been upgraded with amazing new features, developed and added to the system. Functionality has been enhanced and a complete new events section introduced, this is live, working and making the events coordinators life a dream, no more bits of paper, everything in one place all the time.
We have introduced a support product, where our users can raise their issues, bugs or queries immediately with our team. They can chat and receive help and assistance instantly. To look after all our new customers, we have an experienced support and sales team, they will listen and take care of any issues or queries and assist where it is required, to make our customers feel, they are being listened to and their questions answered.
Here at HOP we are always looking to improve. Our development team works continually, looking to create and looking at ways to enhance and improve our product.
Most importantly, it will be our customers, our community, that are HOP, where everyone together can continually discuss and share with our team ways in which we can all improve and bring the best hospitality software, to everyone that uses our product.
During the month of November we will be welcoming our 50th customer to the HOP community, a fantastic milestone in our first year. It has been an incredible year and our second year, looks to be even more exciting.
